Ticket prices and Zone system

The territory covered by IVB and VVT is sub-divided into zones resembling a honeycomb. Your ticket price depends on the number of zones you enter. The various prices for Innsbruck (core zone) and of the Transportation Authority of Tirol are depicted here. To find out how many zones you pass through on a given route, simply count the single honeycomb beads.
