MBOX - How it works

Easy and convenient

1. You can get the MBOX from one of the 8 Innsbruck MPEIS supermarkets which offer the delivery service:
   MPREIS Technik (Viktor Franz Hess Straße)
   SuperM an der Sill (Erzherzog Eugen Straße)
   MPREIS Pradlerstraße (Innenhof)
   MPREIS Hötting (Schneeburggasse 2a)
   SuperM DEZ (Amraser See Straße 56)
   MPREIS Wilten (Franz Fischer Straße 10)
   MPREIS Innrain (Innrain 15)
   MPREIS Mutters (Innsbrucker Straße 24a)
   
2. If you do not have an MBOX, please pay a deposit (€ 10.00) at the checkout. Delivery costs are paid with your grocery bill. You’ll get an address form and can then pack your shopping into the MBOX. Fill in the address form and put in on your MBOX.
3. Once you have done everything give your MBOX to an MPREIS member of staff. The MBOX will be sealed with a label and then stored in a refrigerated warehouse until delivery.
4. IVB delivers the MBOX to your front door in the delivery time set for that particular supermarket.
5. The MBOX driver will happily take the MBOX from you and give you your deposit back.
6. If you aren’t available your MBOX will be stored in the MPREIS-supermarket refrigerated warehouse where you bought your goods. In this case you will have to collect the MBOX yourself; we apologise for any inconvenience.
