IVB tickets can be purchased at a wide variety of sales points or online via the Ticket Shop. Sales points include the IVB Customer Service Centre as well as various ticket machines at bus and tram stops and parking ticket machines throughout the city of Innsbruck. Pre-purchasing points

The pre-purchasing points provide all Innsbruck tickets and all tickets for the region – except for annual tickets, which are available from the IVB customer centre or tickets.ivb.at.

Parking meters with IVB ticket function

The following tickets are available:

  • Single ticket (valid for 1 trip)
  • 24h-Ticket (valid for 24 hours)
  • 8-Journey-Ticket (valid for 8 trips)

All Innsbruck tickets are available from the ticket machines, except for annual tickets.

There is no ticket sales service on IVB routes. Tickets can be purchased via the Ticket Shop, at more than 100 mini ticket machines located at stops, at one of over 50 ticket sales points, or from approximately 550 parking ticket machines with ticketing functionality.
